This week's FMTS theme was chosen by Sarah in Idaho--smiles!
With Thanksgiving being celebrated in the USA this week, time to get pictures was scarce, so I only have one to share... but it's a good one!
Local community music groups abound in the area, and I attended the Pleasanton Community Concert Band's annual Family Concert. The theme this year was CIRCUS!!
A number of kids participated in the event--just like these two girls! They were taking part in the preformance of the "Circus Polka" by Igor Stravinsky, which was originally written for 50 ballerinas and 50 elephants!
These two girls first danced across the stage as ballerinas, and then plopped on some pachyderm ears and trounced around some more!

Sorry I have not visited in awhile. The newspaper has been keeping me busy so I had to drop out of the town shoot out. I left it in good hands, though.
Nice to see you are still with us. Always enjoyed seeing what was happening in Dublin.
